Despite whatever obstacles I can enumerate, the answer ultimately comes down to my own fear whether it is realistic or not.

Financial Stability
Getting there (again) though.

I can’t afford it. I have a three adult grandsons out of work, plus their mother, and my youngest son, his two boys, wife, her mother and grandmother, all out of work.

It takes every cent we make, plus our home equity loan to keep up with all the help they need to supplement their unemployment, social security and SSI. New emergencies come up every single week.

Being able to board a spacecraft to Mars.
