Tips on Tumblr Followers?

I don’t think that’s how Tumblr works – at least in my experience. It’s more about following who you like than about getting people to follow you, especially since there isn’t a whole lot in the way of comments, so the whole “interactive” thing like on Blogger or Wordpress isn’t there (the whole interaction is more of a “oh, you liked it enough to reblog? Me too”).

I think you might have more success on a different platform. Lifehacker just did a good rundown of what’s good and what they do

If you type “Tumblr” into the search bar on the upper right hand side of the home page, you’ll see that this has been asked many, many times. You may find some helpful answers there.
