Will that game americas army work on my vista laptop?

I have a vista laptop with home premium and I’ve tried installing it twice but it fails becuase it doesn’t have “admin priviliges” but vista gives me no opportunity to set it up

Try going into user accounts and create a new account as an administrator then go into the new account and try to install it.

And by the way do you have an integrated graphics card or a seperate Graphics card. most modern games wont run on integrated cards.
