Pants hanging off the butt fiasco is it OK to laugh?

You are riding a bus and it is about to pull away from the bus stop some young man in those “hang-off-your-butt” droopy pants is trying to run and catch it but his pants falls down around his ankles and he does a face plant and misses the bus anyhow. Do you feel sorry for him, get off the bus quick to go help him, or bust a gut laughing because he tripped his own self up with his choice of dress?
