What are the most popular Spanish-language national newspapers with a primarily U.S. focus?

Asked by shared3 (921points) July 7th, 2010

I just graduated from high school and I’m looking for ways to maintain my Spanish aptitude. I’m looking for the most popular Spanish-language national newspapers with a primarily U.S. focus. We read a bunch in class, but I can only remember one, El Mundo, which has a focus on Spain.

Any suggestions? I’m sure that I’ll recognize the names once I see them.

Doubt This is very popular, however it does have a focus on the US that is refreshing ;)

Come to think of it, I don’t think there is a national level hispanic newspaper. And I doubt there’d be one coming since the general atrophy of print in general.

How about the websites for Telemundo, Univision, and TV Azteca? The first two have significant US presence so their news pages should be plenty for American news with a hispanic focus.
