Wake up at five thirty in the morning, hop in the shower, get out of it, fix coffee, surf the net for like ten minutes, fix myself up and then go hit the public bus. No breakfast for me, I just feel sick if I eat this early.

I also feed my cats, cuz if I don’t they’ll eat me.
In between all that I sometimes forget to go take a piss.

Wake up around 7 am by being kicked in the back by the oldest and or by being climbed on by the youngest. Tell everyone to go get dressed/bother dad instead. Attempt to sleep some more/get up periodically to yell at kids for doing kid things. Get up, get dressed, get food (half of which the youngest will beg out of me) – from the time I intend to finally get up to out of the door – about a half hour (unless something else crazy happens with the kids)...if I’m late, I can be out of the door within 5 minutes.

My dogs wake me about 8am. I have to be at work at 4pm. I never have really timed it, but I think I could be ready in under an hour if I had to be. I usually nap for an hour somewhere between 10 and 2.

When I used to work dayshift (long time since I’ve done that) I would wake up, throw my clothes on, brush my teeth and than be out the door very quick. Total routine for me from waking up to being out the door was about 10 minutes, not joking. I stretch time out to get as much sleep as I can. Showers always after work (since I have a job where I get real dirty anyway).

When my husband is home, we get up at 5am. He jumps in the shower while I pack his lunch. Then after he leaves I jump in the shower. After that I wake up our son and he gets ready to go. My son and I would leave around 7am. I’d drop him at daycare and I’d go to work.

While my husband is gone, I sleep in until 6:15am, wake my son up, get a shower while he’s getting ready, and we leave around 7am on the days I have to work.

I’m lucky enough to have a very casual job, so about 20 minutes. Wake up, shower, brush my teeth in the shower blow dry my bangs (or not even wash my hair and throw it in a ponytail), throw on whatever’s on the floor, take the dog out to pee, and go. Mascara and coverup happens at red lights.

Well, i work from home now so i haven’t done this routine for a while now, but it usually takes me pretty long just to get myself ready! I have VERY difficult hair, you see. So i could easily spend 2 hours getting ready. My hair has to dry in a specific way, and then i must style it, which takes long sometimes when i’m not lucky, haha.
Other than that, i’ll find something to eat, give my kitty his morning kitty-tuna snack, and that’s about all i’ll usually have time for.

Awake at 5am, wash and dress, eat breakfast while watching Boston Legal or the news.
½ hour on the computer, checking email and fluther, and out the door by 6:30.

I wake up around 6.45am, have a shower, get dressed, cup of tea and some toast for breakfast which I eat & drink sitting at the computer reading email, and leave the house around 7.20am. I could at a push, do it in 20 minutes if I rush the shower and skip toast and email, but I would rather get up a bit earlier and not have to rush.

I can be up from the bed and then into my car within 45 minutes. This will include:

Go outside to smoke.
Go potty
Take shower
Brush teeth
Comb out hair
Dress
Put some makeup
Grab breakfast items (yogurt, bananna & nuts)
Give bf a kiss and a snuggle
