Is it possible to set font-family for HTML mail in Outlook 2003?

Is it possible in Outlook 2003 to change the font-family of the words in Html-style mail? E.G. the font-family is set to Arial in the Html mail, i want to change the font-family to Time by setting the default rendering font-family to Time. if it is feasible? please tell me where in Outlook 2003 to set rendering font-family for Html-style mail?
