Is there an inexpensive adapter that i can put on the vga port to make my tv bluetooth?

Asked by like2no (13points) July 13th, 2010

When I bought my tv I thought it was bluetooth. I now found out that it just has a port for a vga cable to attach to my computer. I’d like to do this wirelessly. From what I’ve read on the internet, the answer is no. But the answers that say no are also several years old. Seems like there might be something new besides the one thing I found that might do it but costs a thousand bucks.

As far as I know, there is no way Bluetooth can handle the bandwidth to stream a video connection from your computer to your television. I do know that there are wireless solutions that exist, like this guy, but they are pricy.

Thank you justn for your answer. I was afraid of that. But will check out the one you mentioned. Thanks again.

@like2no Hey, no problem. I know there are solutions out there, that was just the first one I found on Amazon.
