Do you believe in "old man strength"?

I can remember as a child hanging out with my grandpa and him being stronger than anyone. I mean like picking up tractors strong. Ok, ok, I may be exagerating a bit, but you know what I mean? It just seems when men hit a certain age, they gain an amazing amour of strength. Anyone else notice this with grandpas, dads, uncles, ect?
