What is a good all around exercise routine?

I like to ride my bicycle. I do push ups and situps in the morning and at night. At work I get lots of activity.

Ideally I would like to maintain or slightly increase my muscle tone, and just be a solid individual in general…in all the aspects of my health.

Any suggestions for a weekly/daily/monthly regimen?
