Does any one Remember this cartoon/toy?

I remember having a toy that was basically a giant wheel tank thing that the action figure sat in. It looked a lot like the wheel bike (maybe) that grievous has in star wars, but the toy came out late 80s early 90s. I believe there was a cartoon that was attached to the toy line(as many from that time where).

I also remember my dad took a sticker from the set and put it on his lunch box. The sticker was of a triangle with skull and lightning bolt (or two crossed I am not sure) on it.

Anyone one else remember this?
