Man, i struggle to get up in the mornings. I have to force myself out of bed or i’ll probably lay there are snooze until 11AM or something. BUT, once i’m physically up and out of bed, i’m ok and ready to get started doing stuff within a couple of minutes. And no, i don’t need coffee or anything else.

A minute or two and I’m ready to rumble

I wake up within a minute or two, but stay in my bed cuddled up with my sheets and pillows for a good five minutes. :)

I need about ten minutes before I’m awake enough to get out of bed. Once I’ve had a shower I’m properly awake.

Thirty seven seconds precisely. Then a further minute to pick myself up off the floor. I wake & then rise way too soon.

That depends on the previous night and how rested I feel when I awake.
If I had a restful night’s sleep it can take me one to five minutes to get out of bed. Also depends on what I have to do and how soon I have to do it. Sometimes I procrastinate and wait to the very last minute to get out of bed.
Then some mornings I am awake but am still half asleep and then it takes about an hour to be fully awake.

If I need to get up for work, then I’m usually fully awake within a few minutes. If I had a late night (no alcohol), then it usually takes a few gulps of coffee to wake me up.
If you add alcohol to the equation, I’m completely useless most of the morning.

it usually takes me steps to wake up, first hit the alarm, go to the bathroom, have a cigarette which takes about 5 minutes(yes I know theyer bad), get dressed which takes another 5 then about an hour to snap out for the “sleepy” state.
