Is it normal for your ears to pop..... all the time ? Even if you aren't sick... ?

It it normal for your ears to pop even when you aren’t sick ??

I’m sick right now and my ears always pop when I swallow and I want to know a way to pop this…

Does everyone’s ears pop ? Is there a way I can stop this from happening? I’ve had my ears pop everytime I swallow for a long time now…... and I want to know if it’s normal and if it’s safe to get rid of the popping myself.
