Know of a good photo editing software program?

I have a Canon G11 camera and take a fair amount of pics with it. My computer is a MacBook Pro. I’m currently using Aperture 2.1.4 to do my editing, but am unhappy with it.

Does have recommendations for a relatively easy-to-use photo editing program?
