General Question
What kind of window valences might work for the following...
Velvet fabric in a Victorian bedroom.
Our family tartan plaid in our lodge.
Navy velvet in the L.R. (the drapes will be stationary on each side. And I want some kind of valence across the top. I would like to work in some red because the room design will include red and navy. But I don't think the blue velvet drapes would look right with a plain red valence.) Any ideas how I could blend them together somehow with both colors?
