Do you ever use the word "fluther" without referring to the site?

I’m curious, because my husband has a fancy goldfish and his name is “Fluffer”. I always unintentionally call him “Fluther.” On a daily basis.
Do you use the word when you aren’t referring to the site? Maybe unintentionally like I do… or maybe you use it literally.
