Watching American football games online while in a foreign country?

Asked by Jonathan_hodgkins (684points) August 2nd, 2010

I will be in Peru for the next four months and I would love to watch NFL football games and wondering if it is possible to watch them online when I have time to see them?

Did you even bother checking nfl.com first?

there is also ESPN360. I’m not sure if it’s accessible from all countries, but in theory as long as you have access to the internet, and have an account with ESPN360, you should be able to watch it from anywhere in the world. there are actually significantly more games available through ESPN360 than even through the ESPN cable channels. I interned at ESPN we did a lot of games for ESPN360, take a look, maybe give it a try, i’m not sure if they do free trials or not.

channelsurfing.net usually has a lot of them. Its not entirely reliable though like ESPN360 or something of the like, so I would use it as a last resort.

download TVU player. Then go to www.myp2p.eu – here you will find a link to a channel that streams from TVU. you can find any live sport from football to tennis here

Take a look at My Private Network. They offer a US IP address no matter where you are. (They also offer a UK IP address anywhere you are, which is occasionally handy if you’re at all a fan of British TV).
