Why do you use Fluther?

Welcome to Fluther. You should get a various answers on this question. We come here for various reasons. There are many that will answer your questions seriously and there are some that won’t. You will learn how to use this site with practice, but looking around is more helpful (IMO – in my opinion). When you make a mistake, trust me someone will let you know. And yes if you have an answer to a question, by all means answer it.

. Because it is fun and has some social aspects to it. I check in here and Askville every day.

Top Ten Reasons I Use Fluther:

1) It’s fun like fun has never been before.
2) You can always learn something new and it’s cheaper than college.
3) All of your fellow jellies are sexy as hell and wicked smart.
4) The moderation is top notch as they keep the riff raff away.
5) We have a cool underwater theme without actually getting wet.
6) There’s serious questions, goofy questions and meta questions for all your tastes.
7) Sure we have lurve and awards, but no one takes them too seriously.
8) Great exposure to all sorts of people from all over the world (well ok, mostly the US).
9) It’s mandated in my probation.
10) I’m proud to be a jelly.

I use Fluther when I need help with something. I almost always get the help I need, and sometimes I get more than what I was looking for.

I also use Fluther as a form of entertainment at times. Some people are here for only that reason, but others are here to help you if you need it.

I also use Fluther as a form of contact for the friends that I have made here. Sometimes I log in just to send a message to a friend, or see if I have any messages from anyone.

Ever since I discovered the internet I have always loved Q & A sites (my very first being the original bolt.com where I frequented the “tagbooks”) but Fluther is by far the best I have used. I come bac because, first and foremost, I enjoy answering questions. I have also learned to love the community here more soy other site I have been a member of.

I really feel that it is more a matter of Fluther using me.
