Have you ever discovered a 'wow' feature (a pleasant surprise) on your computer? See detail?

Like the feature that makes the sound 50% better, etc. ‘HD….’ What else is there that is not the defalt position? It is not mine it is a friend’s experience. She wrote:
‘I inadvertently activated/enabled a HD Audio Manager on it. My volume has increased by about 50% and the quality by 100%. I had no idea that it was there. It even has sound effects (sort of) ..... I can change the way the sounds sound…... like conversation is taking place in a sewer pipe or auditorium (and other places). The instructions that came with the computer didn’t say anything about having to enable it to improve sound. Makes me wonder what else I will find that improves my computer :)’
