Brother and Sister Jellies! Please, will you help?

I ask those of you, will you please say a prayer or have good thoughts? This is NO JOKE.. My younger brother Randell, was in an extremely serious accident (a single car and no one else involved. Well, except for a 100 year old tree) this past tuesday and is in ICU critical condition. Although, I am grateful he was sent to a hospital with a Trauma Center, the Doctors are not sure if he will survive. I know there are those of you who may feel if it were you, you may not wish to live. It is nothing gory, Randell has broken his back in two places, he also has broken his neck. His right hip was shattered as was his pelvis and right arm. He has multible broken ribs and two fractured ribs. He shattered his right cheek and fractured his skull. they also have him on a assistedventilator. Yet, with all these adversities (sp) he is facing and while an induced coma and heavily sedated, our mother told the doctors she need to be with him, which they finally allow ( the good part) as she very gently put his hand in hers and said, honey? Mommy is here with you now, and I love you… She felt a slight movement and looked at her hand. To see Randell raised his index finger every so slightly to her words. It was the first movement of any kind. Doctors and nurses both in the room saw him communicating wth our mom. He barely moved his toe, when the Doctor asked her to please step out. He went in for one of many many surgeries that he will face. They were giving him antibiotics to prevent any lung infection but now he has one. Their worst fear is happening.
