If someone starts getting grey hairs, can they go back to growing normal hair color again?

So, what I mean is the specific follicle, if it is producing grey strands of hair, but then maybe you become healthier (I am not asking for vitamin recommendations, although feel free if you want to comment on that) that the specific hair follicle can rejouvenate so to speak, and go back to producing hair in your original hair color?
