What is the terminology same date as month?

being born on ie: 01/01, 02/02, 03/03 etc…

I think he means: what is it called when the date matches the numbered month.

YES!!!! A friends birthday is 05/05

Same day as the month, and only happens twelve times a year.

as I said, it could be, 01/01, 02/02, 03/03 04/04 05/05, is there a term for this?

You might just get to make it up. And you could announce it to the world here.

How about “scrowdate”? As in…

“When’s your birthday?”
“May’s scrowdate.”
“Lucky!”

it was something like pendilium, or something like that, for 02/02/2002 at 2002 est.
