Sony DSR-PD150 CCD Problems?

Asked by deathfrombelow (100points) March 25th, 2008

I recently lucked into getting a Sony DSR-PD150, however the problem right now is that in image coming off the CCD all white light is a light yellow color. I have already checked the display for color errors, by running the color bars test that the camera has internally. Is is possible to user fix this CCD issue? Also this camera is not covered by any warrantee as far as i know.

Thanks for the man pages, I wasn’t able to find a PDF of the manual until now, so I didn’t know how to use the white balance. I am hoping that is the only problem, if it is not, I will be back here asking more questions.

I don’t have an answer, sorry, but I have the same problem except my color is blue.
I hope that we can find a solution. This is a good camera. Write back and let’s find a solution together. Jimmy to deathfrombelow.
