What is the tariff if an american textile company wants to sell to china?

On their website they say its 130% for countries without duty agreement and 20% for countries that do have an agreement with them. What’s the case for America?

They don’t mention the localization requirement. A company is required to have a plan to build the product in China after one year of sales.

@worriedguy Thanks for the response. Can you specify what do you mean by “have a plan to build the product in China after one year of sales”? What do you mean by “they don’t mention it”? Is it a law?
