Can somebody help me get some oily stuff out of my hair!

I’ve washed my hair about 5 times now in the last hour and am about to scream. >:S

I used some conditioner in my hair (i dunno, maybe the %^$& is expired or something) and it’s left my hair weird and oily like, and I’ve used 3 different shampoos and it didn’t help. I’ve even put mayo in my hair and that didn’t work either.

How can something stick to the hair so much?!?! It’s insane and i’m really peeved off.
