Has anyone done a Salt Water Purge?

I just did one now, im taking productive steps to try and sort out my irregular bowels.
However I couldn’t drink it all as it made me feel so sick!
How do you do it?
Your suppose to drink 2 quarts and i drank probably half of that. I had 2 teaspoons of salt, I did need to go to the toilet but it was still the same abnormal light coloured aliens.

Does anyone have any tips about how to do it right?
Also….
Does it really work, or is it a myth?
There are so many fads these days with colon cleansing I want to make sure i’m not making it worse.
