I am confused about my career and need good advise?

I am a B.Sc,Chem grad and an MBA post-grad. I have 3–4 exp in Sales.I wish to change my field as I am not comfortable in Sales.If I consider Pharmaceutical as an option, which are the roles I can fit into considering my qualification? I am ready to do some courses in Pharmaceutical field. I was interested in Clinical Research but some of my friends told me that CR field is meant for doctors only and science graduates get only the starting roles to play.So I thought about pharma regulatory affairs or pharma quality assurance as an option. I am not getting a clarity in mind as to which could be a good option.Please guide me in this regards.
