Looking for a place online where this is seriously discussed?

I realize that I’m bringing up to controversial topics in one question, and i don’t want this thread to become a fight on either one, but I was just reading about Scientology (just out of curiosity) and the whole time couldn’t stop thinking. “this sounds a a lot like stephenie meyer’s ‘the host’” is there anywhere online that seriously discusses any influence scientology may have actually had on her when she wrote this book?
