Can all spices be refrigerated?

Spices and herbs would benefit from storage in a cool, dark place.

However, items like ginger and garlic should be stored at room temperature in a dry spot

Yes, providing that it is in a sealed container. For example tupperware or as simple as putting it in a plastic baggy. They can be kept for up to 3 months in the fridge (providing its just been opened).

They’re likely to last longer when dried and kept in a cool, dry place. Refrigerators aren’t always that dry.

I think spices last for a long time no matter what you do with them
