Will playing a game ruin your important next day?

I don’t usually play game if it’s not my weekend or my day off but this time I feel that I have to keep playing game since I am reaching the climax part and the game is just too tempting to be delayed despite I realized that I will have a very challenging day tomorrow that require my strength and my mind,plus I’ve seen the statistic research where many people who play game will suffer the consequences of bad score for playing games than those who didn’t play game. I usually play about 2 – 4 hours in a day.
