Where does this cheer (fight song?) come from?

I just heard Garrison Keilor do a cheer to Minnesota using this tune and I thought it might be associated with some college, but a Google search turned up empty. The version I heard goes like this:

To our colors true we will always be
Firm and strong, united are we.
Rah rah sis boom bah
Hitch your wagon to a star
Onward to victory!

Somehow I associate this with my high school, but I am certain that even if they said it there, that is surely not where it originated.
