Why isn't there a Sims 2 for Mac?

Asked by troubleinharlem (7991points) September 26th, 2010

I don’t like how the Sims3 game characters look… they look really ugly. I’ve looked for a Sims2 that is compatible for my Mac, but I haven’t been able to find one. Does anyone know why?

Maybe you didn’t look hard enough?

That’s the right one, right? I’d hate to say a smart-ass remark and be wrong.

@heresjohnny : That’s the one that I had, but it wouldn’t work on my Mac… maybe mine is too old or something. Oh well.

Hmm, weird. How old is your mac? The game is from 2005, any relatively recent mac should be able to play it.

Does your computer meet the systems requirements?

@heresjohnny: The computer’s from, like, 2003 or so, the sticker is kind of blurred. I don’t think it does, but that’s okay. I have a spare vaio that I can put the game on.
