Why am I not able to use Acid dvd ripper?

What must I do to make it work properly… or.. work at all?
It starts up, with a flash-like open/close of the process window.. and then ‘puf’ into nothing..

Is this Linux again? AcidRip?

Sounds like a segmentation fault, which are terrible. Try running it from a terminal window (Applications->Accessories->Terminal, then type “acidrip” and press Enter), and see what it says.

@Vincentt first thing it says is: “no configuration file found, nevermind”
well,, beats me..

Is that the only thing it says? Does it return to the <username>@<computername>$ prompt? Is your problem listed at Google?
