(NSFW) Any ideas on this weird vaginal discharge?

It isn’t really a dischage, but it looks like dead skin when I wipe myself after going to the bathroom. You know how sometimes if you rub your arm after a shower you get dead skin on your hand? Thats what it looks like.
Its also a bit itchy around the sides where my thighs meet my skin.
I haven’t ever had sex before, so it isn’t an STD… I hope.
