I am looking for a fluorescent yellow highlighter that gives me a bright enough mark without bleeding.

This one is designed for use in bibles, and supposedly doesn’t bleed. I haven’t used it, but a friend of mine has, and she says it works. I don’t know how bright it is, but I imagine it’s good enough.

Staedtler makes some of the best writing utensils I have ever used.

They also sell the chisel tip ones on Amazon.

Levenger sells a Drylighter.

A friend gave me a liquid TUL highlighter once, and I’ve never used anything else since. You can order them online from office max. I like them because they don’t bleed, the color stays bright and they come in large variety of colors.

I know that there is a sharpie brand out there that won’t bleed or smudge.
