Right now, whenever I’m tired, but there’s also a temperature consideration. My room is a converted garage without much ventilation and no a/c, so on the days where it’s 90–100 degrees, I have to stay up fairly late (with a box fan in front of the sliding glass door) to get my room temp down to around 70 degrees so I can sleep.

Usually that ends up being somewhere between 2 and 4 am.

I suspect that whatever time it is, for many of them it is long after they should have gone to bed, if my own habits and experience are any indication.

harple's avatar

Around midnight too…

I wish….I feel like I never sleep. It is a futile process of laying down and messing up my hair is all.

I’m an upside down kind of person. I’m up all night long, and go to bed anywhere from 6AM to 10AM. Despite my pumpkin avatar, I’m really a vampire. :p

chels's avatar

Anywhere between 8pm to 4am.

Aster's avatar

Ten o’clock.

Pied_Pfeffer's avatar

Normally between 10 – 11pm. I inherited Dad’s inability of being able to host a party without hinting that people leave when bedtime approaches.

Monday through Thursday, any time between 8PM and 9PM. Fridays and Sundays are closer to 9PM and Saturdays are a guessing game! Sometimes 9:30, sometimes midnight.

If I were functioning on my preferred time schedule, bedtime would be between 10PM and 11PM.

It depends on the season. In summer, I was up until 1–3:00 AM. Now that school is in session, my head hits pillow between 10:00 PM and 12:30 AM. I’ve been waking up way earlier than I did all summer, too.

Seaofclouds's avatar

It just depends on how I’m feeling and what’s going on. Generally, anywhere between 10pm and 3am.

My entire sleep schedule has been messed up since April so I’m usually tired enough to sleep around 9pm (CST). Or earlier. I also get up at 3:00am, regardless of what time I hit the sack.

ChocolateReigns's avatar

Lately, I’ve been having some weird medical stuff going on (nobody’s been able to figure out what), so I’ve been really tired. So I go to bed around 8:30 or 9. But usually I’d go to bed at 10 or 11.

harple's avatar

I should be in bed right now… problem is fluther comes to life after I go to sleep… (I’m assuming its a timing thing, and nothing personal!!)

daytonamisticrip's avatar

On week days I’m suppose to be in bed at 9 but I stay up for a while writing in my notebook. On weekends I go to bed whenever I feel like sleeping.

Jabe73's avatar

I sleep, usually not at night (on a work week) because of the hours I’ve been working. That’s why most of the time I’m on here during the wee hours because that’s my freetime. I’m one of those people that prefer to stay up at night and go to sleep from mid morning to the early afternoon. Then I get up and shoot out the door for work. Not everyone works a 9 to 5 office job.

BratLady's avatar

Usually around 2:00am but I have been known to stay on the computer until 5:30am.

Most of the time, I go to bed at 10:00. My husband and I both go to bed at the same time. The kids wake up early and both of us are “going” all day long. By the time 10:00 rolls around, we’re exhausted.

However, when my husband is out of town I often have a hard time sleeping. I’ll get into bed around 10:30 or 11:00, read until I can’t keep my eyes open, then finally turn off the light. Each time he’s out of town, I tell myself I’m going to bed early, but I never do!

rooeytoo's avatar

I am on the other side of the world, so my bed time is when most of you all are just awakening. But I always fall asleep around 9ish although I try to make it til 10. I am up at 5 am most mornings. I miss meeting people in the chat. My work schedule used to allow me to be online when the chatroom would be going strong. Alas with my new schedule there is rarely anyone there when I arrive.

I don’t have a set time, so whenever I feel sleepy. It varies between 11p and 2a. After fluther I usually like to read.

iphigeneia's avatar

2 hours ago (it is 2:18am) but I got distracted and now I’ve forgotten how to function offline.

BoBo1946's avatar

9:30 or there about! I usually get up around 5am!

NaturallyMe's avatar

About midnight too, but that’s a bad habit i’m trying to get out of. I wanna go to be early so that i can get up early! And i need at least 8 hours of snooze time. Ok, probably more than you wanted to know, but anyway.
