How to make my afro-hair softer and smooth?

I have never stuck to one single thing or had like a routine for my hair. I wash it mostly every weekend. I use shampoo+balsam. After that I let it air-dry for sometime and then I either let it completely dry or blow-dry it and then I use hair and scalp treatment, Black earth products, the strengthener
and kera care.
I use the brown one. But hair is always just too oily and becomes dirty. I don’t use all these oils at the same time, also the first two have leaves in them. What do you suggest I do? what to use , something cheap but works well. I also want to grow my hair but it doesn’t seem to gro.I’ve always had short hair but always wanted to have long hair so I could do lots of cool hair styles with it.
You could just write me a regime or something.
