About how long should it take a tailor to make minor alterations to a dress?

I realize the actual tailoring probably wouldn't take long, but approximately how many days after dropping it off am I likely to be able to get it back?

when I drop stuff off it usually takes 4 or 5 days. You can probably pay a little bit extra to rush the order.

The time frame will undoubtedly depend on the tailor's backlog of orders. The best thing to do is ask the tailor beforehand how long it will take for you to get the item back.
