Anyone remember an animated text adventure based on mother goose and such?

Though I was really young when I last played it I remember quite a bit from it as I’ve been looking for it for a long time. It was probably (though I can’t even say that with certainty) on a version of windows that automatically started explorer and did very little more than that. (don’t know if that was just how my father set it up but whatever)

The game needed you to do a series of favours in order to reach your actual goal. I remember humpty dumpty fell down and all the kings horses and all the kings men came to tend to him. This king did not have all that many horses or men. There was something about a clock and mice. It looked old but in a way that would now be considered retro.

What else… I already mentioned mother goose… Oh, there was a massive boot with people living in it. That’s about all I can remember. I wouldn’t care all that much but my whole family knew this game and thought it would be cool to give it on christmas or something.

I remember the VGA version of Mixed up Mother Goose, and another game called Mixed Up Fairy Tales. I believe those are both on abandonia as well.
