How can I record a voice mail from my iphone to my mac?

What software would work best? I’d like to be able to email the message after it’s transferred. Is there something that comes on mac (garage band or just an mp3) on the computer that will work easily. It doesn’t have to be super high quality, just clear.

I’ve used Audacity (here) with the built-in mic on my MacBook to record voicemail played on a speakerphone. From there you can make an aiff and use iTunes to burn it to CD or you can convert it to MP3. Don’t touch the computer when you’re playing the voicemail – just hold it close to the mic.
