Is there anyway to rejoin a group on facebook?

I created a private group added a few people and for some reasons deleted myself, now there is no admin and when someone tries to add me it says I deleted myself from the group so it will not ask me.

How do I get around this?

For all types of groups (open, closed, secret), group members can add their friends. From the Facebook Help Center

So, it sounds like if you ask one of the existing members to add you to the group, you’ll be back in it. The problem is that if there is no other admin. in the group, you will not be able to regain admin. status. If it is important, then take @sliceswiththings ’ advice and start over again.
