Going to your sister’s place is a great idea. Chemo kicks the shit out of people.
I hate to sound like an old lady but while you can, you need to exercise and get a little in shape. Anytihg you do is good. Walking. Walking at a quick pace… running. Any fucking thing. Even doing garden work around your sister’s house. Move your bones and muscles.
Play Rocky’s theme and figure you are in training for a fight.
As you know, I know a lot of guys going through (or have finished) chemo. They are beat! Exercise now! Anything you do now will help. Really!
Even do kegels while sitting at the computer. You don’t want to add incontinence to the shit sandwich you’ve just been served.
Ok…. I’ll get off my soapbox.

Oh man…. That is a bitch. Oh man….
Stay in touch.

I live in Clarkston which is technically suburbs but still classified as Detroit Metro, so that was little ol’ me (unless you know anybody else in Detroit :)

All in all I wish I were back in Philly.

And the ISP at this point in time is that of my cell carrier MetroPCS and for all I know they could have a corporate office right in Detroit itself and that’s where the ISP would be broadcasting from.

I did watch a few episodes of Colbert a few nights ago but today and yesterday have been pretty bad.

I’ve got a pretty severe dental abcess and I finally found a competent dentist who isn’t trying to yank every tooth I have left in my mouth. My bottom cheek and jaw are swollen to twice natural size so it’s definitely bad.

(He’s on the faculty of St. Joe’s dental residency program training the dentists of tomorrow.) So he obviously knows what he’s doing and he prescribed two of these super-duper antibiotics. The swelling is starting to subside a bit but those drugs really tear up your system in ways I won’t detail so I’m pretty wiped out. In order to fight the bad bacteria they wipe out all the good bacteria as well. Really puts the whole body system out of whack.

Hopefully I’ll be better in several days and I can ask you about how to get my ipad connected to Plex rather than my phone.

I finally got it mostly set up with a few hours guidance from an Apple tech. Those guys are so good. I really love Apple.

I did try to connect to Plex with my ipad but it said wrong name, email, password or whatever. Right now I’m too exhausted to deal with it but maybe in a few days when you have a little spare time and I’m feeling more like myself.

Have I mentioned how much I appreciate your allowing me to use your Plex?

Just in case it isn’t obvious already :)

I finally managed to grab a nap a few hours ago after no sleep at all last night.
