Could a person die if they OD'd on Vicodin?

My first reaction is to grab you by the lapels and shout out “Who sent you????”
@Apparently_Im_The_Grumpy_One is correct. Liver damage from too much Vicodin is a potential hazard to your liver, and could result in death, though probably not same day.
Why would anyone think that they couldn’t die from Vicodin? It’s a pretty hardcore pain killer that can have very strong side effects even when you take the correct dosage. I know someone who took Vicodin, sat in a bathtub, fell asleep and drowned.
I’m with @Keobooks.
You can die from an overdose of almost anything why would a drug like Vicodin be surprising?
Taking an over amount of water, you could die from that as well. All things either in moderation or per instructions.
