Do shopping malls have motorized chairs available for customers to use?

Surely there must be customers with money to spend who are ambulatory enough to get into their cars and drive but who can’t navigate the miles of mallway on foot.

Do you know if large shopping malls routinely make motorized vehicles available for shoppers’ use, similar to those that you can find in supermarkets and large department stores? If so, what’s the usual way to get access to them?
