Is there anywhere online that you can finish your high school diploma?

So here’s the thing my fiancé has a little brother who is trying to join the military, he’s 19 and was kicked out of school in 11th grade only needing 8 credits to graduate and without a high school diploma he cannot join the USAF is there any online school that accepts combining credits after the age of 18
