How do our questions migrate to QuestionHub so quickly?

I don’t ask a lot of questions here, but when I do it’s because I’m really interested in an answer, and I have probably Googled for it first. I asked a question this morning, and then Googled it later… and found my Fluther question repeated word-for-word at QuestionHub.com… about an hour later, give or take.
