Is hot sauce on everything bad?

I put houtsauce on EVERYTHING my choice in sauce usually is red hot xtra hot, or if im at home some rocoto sauce from peru. Is it THAT bad?

I could google it, ask web md or something but I refuse, considering I have not been on fluther in a while.^_^
