What feels like "home" to you (be it a place, a certain event, a certain situation)

For me, there are certain places where the atmosphere really feels right, like Deco Doug’s shop (art deco shop), driving through the Appalachian mountains or the hills of Kentucky in the rain or just after the rain in a kind of misty fog, certain coffee shops or record stores, the hills up in Northern Michigan, the old dirt back roads, being outside at night on the beach looking up at the stars. It might sound weird, but following train tracks, especially out in the middle of nowhere does something for me. There are also trails my girlfriend and I discovered up North. Certain houses and barns… sometimes you just end up somewhere, in a strange town, doing something you never imagined you might do and it feels right.. surreal almost, like you’re in a dream or a movie.

Recently, it was in an old saloon in Lexington, Michigan. It felt like home.
