How loudly do your limbs complain when they wake back up?

Asked by Soubresaut (13714points) November 16th, 2010

I guess it’s that I’ve got body parts that fall asleep a lot, but I don’t feel the numb-limpness of the sleep, just the prickling as they come back-to, except it’s more intense, longer lasting, and isn’t just when I’ve been sitting for a long time, but kind of random whenever. It’s sometimes just a hand or a foot, but can get to be all of a limb at once. It hurts like crazy and doesn’t shake away. and I’ve always been someone who’s fairly pain-tolerant
When my limbs really do fall asleep they do go numb, and then the prickles are like a gentle tickle. So it’s more than just that, I’m pretty sure…

I know no one can give a definite answer, I’m just at a loss for what this might be? I’d really like to find the cause and get it to stop… it’s distracting. Thanks.
