If you were to die today what would your family be left with?

Due to some health issues this has been on my mind. If you were to die would your kids have anything from you to really remember you and know who you were? Would you wife/husband lose the house because of finances? Would other family members know how you wanted to be remembered and how you want the services to go? Are the affairs of your life in order so others would be okay should you pass on? Just a couple of thoughts.
